Shipping @ Good Health
We are happy to ship any of your purchases
directly to your home or office. Our carrier of choice is United Parcel Service. We never add additional handling fees
of any kind for UPS service. Use the link below to find out exactly what it will cost. Please read 'shipping
suggestions' before you call to place your shipping order.
To Order...
Call our
Quincy store at (617) 773-4925 to place an order over the phone. Please have as
much information available about the products you wish to order. If you use a credit card, your order
will ship the same day, if possible, as long as we have the product in stock. If you pay by personal check,
your order will ship within (5) business days after we receive your check. Gift Certificates are also available
by phone. If you wish to purchase a Good Health Gift Certificate, over the telephone, we will charge you the amount
of the certificate plus standard U.S. postage and then mail it to you or the recipient. All register receipts, for
all shipping orders, will be included in your package unless otherwise requested.
Payment Methods...
We
require a valid credit card with an expiration date and legal card holder name. We cannot guarantee exact delivery
of any package and we do not generally ship on Fridays, as your purchase will sit in the UPS warehouse until the following
Monday. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express for telephone shipping orders.
Privacy Policy...
Contact information, including email address, telephone number, street address,
etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining
to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing addresses is used solely for
billing purposes. Good Health does not share any of this information with other organizations or telemarketing
groups.
Shipping Suggestions for UPS shipping calculator...
We ship from Quincy, MA 02169 (Zip Code). Make sure you choose
choose the "Detailed Time and Cost" option at the bottom of the page. On the next screen, choose "I will give the package(s)
to my UPS driver" and "Yes" we do have a daily pick up. Also, choose the "My packaging" option. Please
be sure to communicate all shipping and delivery options to the Good Health associate who takes your order. We
recommend UPS Ground . Usual delivery time, in Massachusetts, is one or two business days.
Shipping estimates for UPS Ground are approximately $6.50-$9.00, depending on destination zip code, weight and insurance.
