I shop here once a week for minor groceries. Their produce is top notch. Their vitamins, supplements, and hollistic section. Is pretty much as extensive as one can be. They have a huge selection. Not only that but their staff are well trained on such supplements. I have very specific questions regarding health supplements, questions no other store could answer, except these guys. Theres only one complaint I have. There a few supplements that are way over priced. I was able to buy said items for a quarter of the price directly from the manufacturer. However most of there itemz are reasonably priced. Great store and good people.

This place is fantastic. They've got their own parking lot which is pretty amazing for being in the center of Quincy. If that's full which happens on occasion (especially weekends) you can still find street parking out front. Tons of organic, gluten free and lactose intolerant foods. They've got isles full of vitamins, probiotics , protein powders, protein chips and bars. Tons of tea too. An entire isle of tea!! Natural bath soaps, deodorant, shampoo and conditioners. Check out the discounted items up front too. Some great finds there. Employees always friendly.
